Jake Vande Zande, the Broker/Owner of Vande Zande Real Estate, LLC, has been a Real Estate professional for over 20 years. He opened his office in September of 1997. In May of 1998, Toni Hofman started her real estate career with Vande Zande Real Estate, LLC. On January 1, 2000, Toni became a Broker & Co-Owner of Vande Zande Real Estate. In March of 1999, Diann Thomas joined as a Personal Assistant. Eunice Beekman joined our team in April of 2003 bringing with her 14 years of Real Estate experience. Reanna Thompson joined in June of 2003. Skip Baumhardt came in April of 2004. In August, 2004, we moved to our new office located at 17 N. Madison St to better serve your next move! Jodi Gerritson and Don DeMotts both joined our office in January 2006. Monica Baumhardt started in June 2006 to pair up with her husband, Skip. Ann Kwakkel joined us in January of 2007 and Dmitri Vande Zande joined in June 2007.
Jake Vande Zande is a member of the WRA (Wisconsin Realtors Association), Dodge County Board of Realtors, RANW (Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin) & NAR (National Association of Realtors). Jake is also a member of the WRA-Appraisers Section & Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers. He is also a member of WAA & NAA. Jake has over 25 years of real estate, appraisal & auction experience.
Toni Hofman is a member of the WRA (Wisconsin Realtors Association), Dodge County Board of Realtors, RANW (Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin), NAR (National Association of Realtors) & REBAC (Real Estate Buyer Agency Council), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)& is Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for Dodge County Board of Realtors. On January 1, 2008, Toni Hofman & her husband Gene became full owners of Vande Zande Real Estate, LLC. Toni & her husband Gene are active members of their church & they are co-chairs of the Worship Committee. Toni is also a member of several local boards: CDA (Community Development Authority & WIDC (Waupun Industrial Development Corp.) She is also active in prison ministry through BBO of Milwaukee & sings in a sextet called The Reflections.
Eunice Beekman is a member of the Nation Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtors Association and Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin. She has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) designations. She has 19 years experience in real estate, is the past president of the Wisconsin CRS Chapter and was the 2007 Wisconsin CRS Realtor of the Year. Outside of real estate, Eunice is active in her church and enjoys gardening and cross stitching.
Reanna Thompson is a member of NAR, Dodge County Board of Realtors, WRA and RANW. She moved to her husband's hometown of Waupun after graduating from UW-Green Bay. Besides real estate, Reanna enjoys spending time with her daughters and being active in youth ministry at her church.
Skip Baumhardt is a member of WRA, National Association of Realtors, Dodge County Board of Realtors and RANW. He started with Vande Zande Real Estate, LLC in April of 2004. Besides work, Skip enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his wife Monica and family and many different activities.
Jodi Gerritson is a member of WRA, National Association of Realtors, Dodge County Board of Realtors and RANW. She came to Vande Zande Real Estate in January of 2006. When she started with Vande Zande Real Estate, she was a full time Correctional Officer and a part time Sales Agent. As of June 2006, Jodi has become a full time Realtor. Even considering Jodi was working part time, she became one of the top agents in the Waupun market. Jodi is currently obtaining her CRS and GRI certifications.
Don DeMotts also joined Vande Zande Real Estate in January 2006 after retiring from Alto Dairy after 20 years of employment. Don is a member of WRA, National Association of Realtors, Dodge County Board of Realtors and RANW. He brings with him extensive knowledge of the farming industry, which will be beneficial to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a country property.
Monica Baumhardt joined our firm to pair up with her husband, Skip, as Waupun's only Husband and Wife Team. She is a member of WRA, NAR, Dodge County Board of Realtors and RANW. Monica came to Vande Zande Real Estate with New Construction expertise as she is a consultant for Front Edge, Inc in their new home development.
Ann Kwakkel joined us in January 2007. She is a member of WRA, NAR, Dodge County Board of Realtors and RANW. Living in Waupun all her life, Ann is very familiar with this community. Besides real estate, Ann enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her children.
Dmitri Vande Zande is a member of WRA (Wisconsin Realtors Association), Dodge County Board of Realtors and RANW (Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin). He joined Vande Zande Real Estate, LLC in June of 2007. Dmitri is currently attending college and in his free time, he enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends.
